Kristy Alam, a founding member of FinSecure, brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on credit, finance, and mortgages. She began her career in credit operations and lending, where she played a key role in establishing a new origination arm for a wholesale lender. This early experience built a strong foundation in lending and gave her deep insight into the industry.

Kristy later spent more than 14 years as a lending business owner, managing a white label offering, holding an Australian Credit Licence, and operating as a RAMS Financial Group franchisee. At FinSecure, she identified a gap in solutions for the self-employed and helped shape the company’s direction. She now serves as a strategic advisor and spokesperson, supporting growth, innovation, and industry leadership.

He spent 12 years at the State Bank of NSW, concluding as Area Sales Manager, before joining Resimac as Director of Sales, where he led successful strategies that strengthened market presence and profitability over eight years.

We are based in Drummoyne but service clients in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and all major Australian cities.

Tina Wodecki brings over 20 years of leadership experience across lending, credit, risk, operations, and business management. A former Principal of RAMS Ryde, she built and managed a $2.3 billion loan book and led one of the network’s top-performing franchises. Tina specialises in operational excellence, business growth, strategic planning, risk management, and scaling high-performing teams and franchise networks.
Legal and Compliance Counsel
Sek Kuan is a legal professional with 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, specialising in credit and compliance. She has held senior roles across major institutions, including General Counsel at Resimac and leadership positions at ANZ, Westpac, and First Title, with expertise in securitisation, underwriting, and dispute resolution.
National Business Development Manager
Jarrod Felmingham is an accomplished financial services leader and National Business Development Manager at FinSecure, driving broker distribution strategy and loan growth. Known for building high-performing networks and strategic partnerships, he previously led multi-state franchise teams with RAMS and Aussie, improving performance, compliance and profitability, and delivering strong, sustainable business growth.
Head of Credit
Kathy Pham is a lending professional with over 10 years’ experience in credit assessment, deal structuring, and lending strategy. Beginning in broker support and loan packaging, she built strong foundations before moving into complex credit roles. As Head of Credit at FinSecure, she leads processes, improving deal quality and driving efficient approvals.
Risk & Fraud Manager
Mandira Shrestha brings 16 years of financial services experience, including 12 years in Australian mortgage operations. Specialising in credit, compliance, lending operations, and process optimisation, she is recognised for building high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering customer-centric solutions that support growth, quality, and long-term success.

Lisa Badri is an experienced Quality Assurance and Training professional with a strong background in financial services and lending. Her experience as a Business and Consumer Lending Manager brings a practical perspective to QA and training. She focuses on best practice standards, effective training, and aligning compliance, operational efficiency, and positive client outcomes.
Compliance Manager
Sudhir Shah is an experienced compliance professional with over 11 years in the Australian mortgage and financial services sector. As Compliance Manager at FinSecure, he oversees compliance and internal audit functions, strengthening governance, risk management, and operational integrity while fostering a strong compliance culture and supporting sustainable business growth.
Systems and Regulatory Compliance Manager
Yianni Alkiviadou is the Compliance Manager responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, onboarding, and governance frameworks across the business, as well as acting as the primary contact for internal systems and access. With prior experience as part of the direct sales team at AMP, Yianni brings a strong understanding of front-line operations alongside practical, risk-aware compliance expertise.

Sanij Shrestha is a results-driven professional with over 11 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate outsourcing industry, supporting Australian lending operations. He brings strong expertise in loan processing, credit support, and pipeline management, and is known for improving workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering efficient, high-quality lending outcomes.

Saakshi Dhakal is an ACCA-qualified finance professional with expertise in audit and mortgage credit analysis. Known for her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and risk assessment capabilities, she brings a disciplined approach to credit decision-making, compliance, and delivering high-quality outcomes across financial and lending operations.

Tee Nguyen is the Founder of Fifth Socials, a Sydney-based social media agency specialising in digital strategy and content marketing for service-based industries. She collaborates with FinSecure to enhance brand positioning and digital presence, delivering strategic content that clearly communicates expertise in complex and self-employed lending.
Customer Care & Settlements Manager
Jack Alam commenced with FinSecure in February 2024 as a Customer Care and Loan Support Officer and has since progressed to Customer Care and Settlements Team Leader. He focuses on strong leadership, building high-performing teams, and delivering service excellence, while driving operational efficiency and high-quality outcomes for customers and branches.
Lending Partnerships Manager
Charlie Farah has over 35 years of experience in banking, beginning his career with a Big Four bank. He brings deep expertise in leadership, coaching, and lending operations, working closely with brokers and solicitors to deliver seamless outcomes. At FinSecure, he supports strong team performance, service excellence, and continued business growth.
Operations Analyst
Deepshikha Amatya is an Operations Analyst with extensive experience in mortgage processing and financial services. At FinSecure, she supports the end-to-end loan process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
