Our team consists of lending professionals who understand the industries that our clients operate in. We understand construction cycles, medical cash flow, seasonal business patterns, and the day-to-day realities of running a business. With over eight years of specialist experience in mortgage management, we have seen just about every lending scenario you can imagine.
Unlike most banks, we do not use computer models to make decisions about your business. We take a holistic approach to every application that comes into the business. We communicate openly with our clients, we move quickly, and we consider every client a partner rather than a file number.
We are based in Drummoyne but service clients in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and all major Australian cities.

Founder Kristy Alam

Kristy Alam

Kristy Alam, a founding member of FinSecure, brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on credit, finance, and mortgages. She began her career in credit operations and lending, where she played a key role in establishing a new origination arm for a wholesale lender. This early experience built a strong foundation in lending and gave her deep insight into the industry.

Kristy later spent more than 14 years as a lending business owner, managing a white label offering, holding an Australian Credit Licence, and operating as a RAMS Financial Group franchisee. At FinSecure, she identified a gap in solutions for the self-employed and helped shape the company’s direction. She now serves as a strategic advisor and spokesperson, supporting growth, innovation, and industry leadership.

Fred Alam has over 30 years of experience in financial services, with strong leadership and sales expertise. He spent 12 years at the State Bank of NSW, concluding as Area Sales Manager, before joining Resimac as Director of Sales, where he led successful strategies that strengthened market presence and profitability over eight years.

Tina Wodeki

Tina Wodecki brings over 20 years of leadership experience across lending, credit, risk, operations, and business management. A former Principal of RAMS Ryde, she built and managed a $2.3 billion loan book and led one of the network’s top-performing franchises. Tina specialises in operational excellence, business growth, strategic planning, risk management, and scaling high-performing teams and franchise networks.

Sek Kuan Wong

Sek Kuan is a legal professional with 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, specialising in credit and compliance. She has held senior roles across major institutions, including General Counsel at Resimac and leadership positions at ANZ, Westpac, and First Title, with expertise in securitisation, underwriting, and dispute resolution.

Jarrod Felmingham is an accomplished financial services leader, National Business Development Manager at FinSecure, driving broker distribution strategy and loan growth. Known for building high performing networks and strategic partnerships, they previously led multi state franchise teams with RAMS and Aussie, improving performance, compliance, profitability, and delivering strong, sustainable business growth.

Beginning in broker support and loan packaging, she built strong foundations before moving into complex credit roles.
