My Banking and Finance career started in 2013 whilst studying. Over the period of 13 years I have developed extensive experience across customer service, leadership, lending and loan management. My Banking journey ended in 2024 as I stepped into the role of a mother, my career in all equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of the lending industry, leadership, technical expertise and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

2024 opened a new opportunity to become part of FinSecure working alongside experienced loan managers and also to work flexibly to best suit my family. My goal always to build a strong foundation with my staff or customers. Throughout my career I have supported customers in the personal lending, commercial lending and home lending space, providing tailored solutions to each individual ensuring a high level of customer service and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Over the years I have been fortunate to upskill gaining valuable knowledge in credit assessment, loan structuring, relationship management and taking my customers step by step through their most important milestones in their property purchase journey both home and investments. My ability to gain trust and build long term relationships has been key to maintaining a successful brand and trusted name in the lending industry. Throughout my career as I gained more experience I participated in mentoring and driving performance outcomes, this really supported in building a collaborative workplace team culture.

    Supporting causes close to my heart has always been important to me. I actively contribute to initiatives such as
